I’m a 38 year old meditating, recovery-journeying, health and wellness coach. Just trying to do the best I can, like everyone else. Learning, growing, and overcoming as I go, because that is why I’m here.

Hi.

I’m a friend of your sister’s from Ashtabula. I really like the name of your blog because it reminds me of one of the foundations that keeps me going. As a sophomore in college (many, many years ago), when I struggled to find meaning in life, I was surprised to discover that I simply couldn’t lose my faith in God no matter what I felt or thought or argued. For some reason, I had been given a gift of faith that could not stop. Eventually, I gave in to that faith and “agreed” to simply live. I put “agreed” in quotes because I felt like I really didn’t have a choice. It was the kind of gift that a person really can’t refuse. Anyway, your incurable hope reminds me of my unquenchable faith.
